ILLA International, LLC. received a letter from Mr.Peter Bickert, President of INEOS Phenol, USA, with a detailed description of the causes of the accident at INEOS Phenol plant (Mobile, Alabama, USA). Excerpts from Mr. Bickert's letter are given below:
